Pricing and Payment

How do you price your cleanings?
Our cleaning rates are based on the frequency of service you receive, and how long the Cleaning Consultant(s) spends at your home. There is a 3 hour minimum required for every cleaning appointment. Here is a breakdown of hourly rates for Aromatherapy Cleanings and Green Cleanings.


  • Weekly – $26/Hr
  • Bi-Weekly – $28/Hr
  • Monthly – $30/hr
  • First-Time/Intermediate – $32/hr

If you are interested in signing up for regular service (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), we will send you flat rate pricing after your first appointment based on the time it took to clean your home.

What is your cancellation policy?
A $35 fee is applied to any cleaning cancelled within less than 48 hrs of the start time. The fee also applies is our cleaning team cannot service the home because no mode of entry was provided (i.e. keys or code).

Why the fee? When there is a last minute cancellation or a missed appointment, we still have to pay the employees for the preparation and commuting time. We also lose the ability to book another appointment in that time slot.

How should I pay?
Peace & Clean accepts payment via credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

How far in advance should I book an appointment?
You can check for openings at any time, however in order to make sure your desired time slot is available we recommend a minimum of 3 days notice for Monday – Thursday appointments and 7 days for Friday and Saturday appointments

What if I’m unsatisfied with the cleaning?
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning for any reason, contact us at within 24 hours of receiving service and we will perform a re-clean at no additional charge.

Before the re-clean is performed, a Quality Manager may pay a visit to your home and conduct a brief inspection. For this reason, please do not re-clean any area(s) yourself, as we will not be able to properly assess the space. Please note that refunds cannot be given for unsatisfactory service.
