Preparing for Your Home Cleaning
Do I need to provide Peace & Clean with any supplies?
Peace & Clean will provide all cleaning supplies except a vacuum. If you would like your home to be vacuumed, you will be able to provide the location of your personal vacuum when completing our Client Agreement. Some clients prefer to provide their own toilet scrubber and bathroom sponge. We will also ask you about the location of these items during booking.
Does someone have to be present at the home to let the cleaner in? Do I have to stay at home while they are working?
No, you do not need to be home for your cleaning appointment. Most clients choose to give us keys, a passcode, or organize for a neighbor to let us in. Please email email@example.com to coordinate entry instructions.
Do you offer laundry services?
Yes, we offer laundry service with Eucalyptus Dust-might fighter and Lavender-Lemon Dryer Fragrance. There is not an additional charge for laundry service; it simply adds to your total home cleaning time. If any garments require special care you must leave a note for your Cleaning Consultant. We will pay close attention to care instructions when a note is present, but are not responsible for damaged items.
Will you always send the same cleaner to clean my house/office?
For the most part. If you change your regularly scheduled day and time or if one of our employees is sick or on vacation, we will need to send a different employee. Please note that we may not be able to notify you in advance if one of these situations occurs.
What type of training does your staff receive?
Peace & Clean is a Green Clean Institute certified firm and all of our employees receive Green Cleaning Technician training.
What happens if my cleaner breaks or damages something?
Not to worry! This very rarely happens, but in the case of an accident, we are fully insured and bonded and any personal item that is broken or damaged will be replaced or compensated for.
