WHAT EACH CLEANING INCLUDES
- This link includes a list of cleaning services that are automatically performed at every visit. If you request an additional service not listed here, there is not a fee; it simply extends the billable hours of your appointment.

CLEANING TOOLS
- Peace & Clean will provide all supplies and tools except a vacuum. If you would like us to vacuum your home, please leave the vacuum in plain view for your Cleaning Consultant. Some clients prefer to provide their own toilet scrubber and bathroom sponge. You will asked about your preferences when booking.

CLEANING POLICIES
- Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the start time will be assessed a $35 cancellation fee.
- Payment: A credit card must be provided at time of booking (we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) and a non-refundable $35 deposit (put towards your total cleaning invoice) will be charged. The balance will be charged 1-3 days after your cleaning is finished.
- 100% Peace of Mind Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of receiving service and we will perform a re-clean at no additional charge.
